SWGoH Droid Destruction Raid Guide

Droid Destruction is the next featured raid in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, targeting a November 2026 release shortly after Galactic Legend The Mandalorian and Grogu arrives. It’s themed on the climax of the film The Mandalorian and Grogu, where the heroes face two massive droids guarding the vault doors on Nal Hutta.

It’s also the first raid built entirely from the Era system. Every eligible unit is a Marquee or Journey Guide unit from the Era of Deadly Pursuits through the Era of The Mandalorian and Grogu, so the characters you’ve been leveling in Coliseum all year finally have a guild mode to play in. Capital Games says all details are subject to change while the raid is in development.

Droid Destruction difficulty tiers

The raid has eight difficulty tiers. Tier 0 has no entry requirement, so every player has a way in.

Tier Entry requirement Max score
0 None 300,000
1 Gear XII 450,000
2 Relic 2 600,000
3 Relic 4 900,000
4 Relic 6 1,200,000
5 Relic 8 1,800,000
6 Relic 9 2,700,000
7 Relic 10 3,600,000

Capital Games plans to raise modifier tiers and their floors in future raids as relic levels climb, and points to End-of-Era conversion and Lightspeed Tokens as the ways players keep pace.

Eligible units

Capital Games’ preliminary list has 33 eligible units. Use it as a checklist: every unit here is a reason to keep leveling past its Era.

Era Eligible units
Era of Deadly Pursuits 4-LOM, Zuckuss
Era of Anniversary Stormtrooper Luke, IG-90, Asajj Ventress (Dark Disciple), Inquisitor Barriss, Darth Vader (Duel’s End), Maul (Hate-Fueled)
Era of Andor Kleya Marki, Vel Sartha, Cinta Kaz, Dedra Meero, Major Partagaz, KX Security Droid, Cassian Andor (Undercover)
Era of New Republic Captain Carson Teva, R5-D4, Colonel Ward, Zeb Orrelios (New Republic Pilot), Grogu & Anzellans, Snowtrooper Commander, Rotta the Hutt
Era of Myths & Legends Mara Jade Skywalker, Yoda (Dark Side Vision), Starkiller (Luke Concept), Stormtrooper (Concept), Jaxxon, The Ronin, Darth Jar Jar. See our Best Mods for the Era of Myths & Legends Characters roundup.
Era of The Mandalorian and Grogu The Mandalorian and Grogu, Adelphi Ranger, Mercenary Guard Droid (B1)
Also listed Yoda & Chewie

Not every eligible unit shares faction tags with the others. Capital Games says raid modifiers will create synergy between units that don’t share tags or don’t have their full team in the raid. Details on those modifiers are expected in the next raid update.

Rewards and score milestones

The personal reward track has 17 milestones: 65K, 85K, 170K, 255K, 340K, 500K, 1M, 1.7M, 2.2M, 3M, 4.25M, 5.47M, 6.2M, 8.51M, 9.72M, 14.4M and 18M points. A new final reward box sits at the maximum possible score, and the previous top box moves down to become a stepping stone. Capital Games will share the actual rewards for each milestone in its next update.

How to prepare for Droid Destruction

Farm the Additive Drops. A limited-time Additive Drops event runs in seven waves from October 16 to November 8, 2026, adding eligible units’ shards to Energy, Cantina Energy, Mod Energy and Ship Energy nodes. If a featured unit is already at 7 stars, its shards are swapped for other materials. Use the last waves to get unfinished units unlocked and starred up before launch.

Mod your Era units. During their Era, Era Units use Era Levels and the new Overcharge system, not mods. Once an Era ends, they’re legacy units, and in a raid like this one their mods do the work. Start with our Mods in SWGoH hub; the Raids hub explains why mods often decide raid scores more than relic levels.

Plan your relic targets by tier. Each tier from 2 to 7 asks for a specific relic level. Pick the tier your guild can realistically run and push the units you’ll need to that floor first, rather than spreading resources across all 33.

Coordinate with your guild. With 33 units across six Eras, guild members will build different parts of the list. Spreading coverage gives your guild more squads to score with, the same lesson the Order 66 Raid taught.

Best teams for Droid Destruction

Team recommendations will be added once Capital Games publishes the raid’s gameplay mechanics and modifiers, and updated after launch as guilds post scores. Guide coming soon.
