The Rise of the Empire Territory Battle was added in Galaxy of Heroes in late 2022 and features Light Side, Dark Side and Neutral paths. Featuring six phases which last 24 hours each, The Rise of the Empire Territory Battle has a new addition in new territories (planets) that can be unlocked by meeting certain criteria. The second of these in the RotE Territory Battle is the ability to unlock Mandalore, the home planet of the Mandalorians, introduced in-game in May 2024.
The following is a Walkthrough of my experiences in the Phase 3 Tatooine special mission to unlock Mandalore that will be updated over time. This Phase 3 RotE Special Mission on Tatooine requires Bo-Katan (Mand’alor), The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) and one other Mandalorian faction character.

- Bo-Katan (Mand’alor) – Relic 7+

Special Mission Walkthrough & Tips
05.02.24 – I am walking into this nearly blind with very little to go by on this, the first time around for this Special Mission. My guild has us past the halfway point, but I am not sure how many others we have left who can accomplish the goal of beating the Special Mission. One thing I have in my favor is high Relics on this team as I have Bo-Katan (Mand’alor) at Relic 8, The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) at Relic 9 and I am bringing along IG-12 & Grogu at Relic 8 as well. Each of them is well-modded (I am known for writing the Best Mods guides in SWGoH from Gaming-fans.com and now for StarWars-fans – they better be well-modded lol). Here is a look at each individual character for reference:
- Bo-Katan (Mand’alor) mods
- The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor) mods
- IG-12 & Grogu mods
To the battle, we are facing the Krayt Dragon in a 3 vs 1 match-up and my opening move with IG-12 is to call Bo-Katan to attack the Krayt and she starts things off with some big hits. A basic from BAM and an Armor Shred from Bo-Katan have the Krayt’s protection at about 25% and BAM is eaten, then freed by the Fire Ballista move. With IG-12 and BK debuted, BK uses her 3rd ability to remove the debuffs and swarm attack the Kraty, getting it to about 80% health, but he follows with a move that debuffs my team and hurts bad. BAM heals and gives IG-12 Damage Immunity, which helps a lot with the Krayt hitting IG-12 next, then IG-12 heals BK and a BAM basic gets the Krayt to 50% health. Another Armor Shred from BK has the Krayt at about 20% health and BAM is called by IG-12’s No. No. No. to finish the Krayt Dragon off.
