Ahsoka Tano (Snips) mods - SWGoH

SWGoH: Best Mods for Ahsoka Tano (Snips)

Posted on October 27, 2024December 17, 2024 by ljcool110

Welcome to the Best Mods for Ahsoka Tano (Snips) article, the latest in my series of “best mods in SWGoH” articles which put my old site on the radar of the community and with EA Capital Games. Over the years I have written literally hundreds of mod guides, including almost all of the original best mods guides over at Gaming-fans.com. Now that my days with Gaming Fans are behind me, I am working to keep the same kind of content going as I resume the “best mods” series today with the Best Mods for Ahsoka Tano (Snips).

The original Ahsoka Tano in Galaxy of Heroes, Ahsoka Tano (Snips) received a name-change in 2024 after the new Galactic Legend Ahsoka Tano was announced. Ahsoka Tano (Snips) has had a lot of uses over the years, but the Jedi Master Kenobi team is certainly where she has been the most effective, remaining on one of the top teams in the game since JMK was added to the Galactic Legend roster. A requirement for the Galactic Legend version of Ahsoka Tano, Ahsoka Tano (Snips) is a Light Side, Attacker, Leader, 501st, Galactic Republic and Jedi. Let’s take a look at how to best mod Ahsoka Tano (Snips) to increase her effectiveness in-game.

Note that I have been told that I can get a bit long-winded when writing these mod guides. As a result, if you simply want the TL;DR on how to mod Ahsoka Tano (Snips), it is below.

Ahsoka Tano characters in SWGoH: Ahsoka Tano (Fulcrum) | Ahsoka Tano (Snips) | Commander Ahsoka Tano | Ahsoka Tano (Galactic Legend)

Main Mod Stats to focus on…

If you use Ahsoka Tano (Snips) in SWGoH, specifically on the Jedi Master Kenobi team, you find that she gets a lot of assists in. Per her unique, Daring Padawan, this is triggered whenever a Galactic Republic ally uses a special ability, and this makes her incredibly effective and valuable given her ability to remove and enemy’s buffs each time she lands her basic attack. Her basic dispels all debuffs on Ahsoka Tano (Snips) and one ally when it crits, so having a solid CC stat is a plus, but note that at Relic 7 she already has a base Physical Critical Chance of over 90%. Whenever we have a character with high CC we also want to add Critical Damage to enhance the attacks, so a CD-focued triangle is a must, but I prefer a CD set personally. Finally, Ahsoka Tano (Snips) has a very low base Max Health stat but thanks to the +40% Max Health per her unique it actually puts her in the middle of the pack on health. Add the Protection Up from her special (based on Max Health) and the added Max Health from the Jedi Master Kenobi lead as well as his Protection Up mechanics, and health is the way to go when it comes to survivability, and I suggest getting as much health on her as you can.

Which Mod Sets to use & Dev Recommendations

A character that has been in the game for years, Ahsoka Tano (Snips) has had value alongside Jedi Knight Anakin, with Nightsisters briefly, as a pilot of Ahsoka Tano’s Jedi Starfighter, as a member of the 501st and as a key member of the Jedi Master Kenobi Galactic Republic team. The developers at EA Capital Games suggest Offense and Critical Chance mods and they are not wrong. I just have my own preferences when it comes to Ahsoka Tano (Snips) and how to best mod her as I prefer a CD set and a Health set, looking to add some CC and Offense from the secondary mod stats, of course. As a result, here is what I am recommending for the best mods for Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano (Snips):

  • Transmitter (Square) – The Transmitter mod always has a primary focus on offense. For Ahsoka Tano (Snips), you want to use a CRITICAL DAMAGE/OFFENSE mod here and be sure to closely look at the secondary stats to ensure that you get a heavy secondary focus on speed, health, offense and critical chance.
  • Receiver (Arrow) – The Receiver mod can have a primary focus on several stats including speed, critical avoidance, accuracy, health, protection, defense and offense. For Ahsoka Tano (Snips), you want to use a CRITICAL DAMAGE/OFFENSE mod here with a primary focus on speed and a secondary focus on health, offense and critical chance.
  • Processor (Diamond) – The Processor is always going to have a primary focus on defense. For Ahsoka Tano (Snips), you want to use a CRITICAL DAMAGE/OFFENSE mod here with a secondary focus on speed, health, CC and offense.
  • Holo-Array (Triangle) – The Holo-Array is a very specialized mod that can have a primary focus on critical chance, critical damage, health, protection, offense and defense. For Ahsoka Tano (Snips), you want to use a HEALTH mod here with a primary focus on Critical Damage and a secondary focus on speed, health, CC and offense.
  • Data-Bus (Circle) – The Data-bus mod always has a primary focus on either health or protection, so use a HEALTH mod with a Health primary since Ahsoka Tano (Snips) benefits greatly from an enhanced Health stat. The secondary focus stats should be speed, health, offense and critical chance.
  • Multiplexer (Plus) – The Multiplexer (plus or cross) mod can have a primary focus on potency, tenacity, health, protection, defense offense. For Ahsoka Tano (Snips), you want to use a CRITICAL DAMAGE/OFFENSE mod here with an Offense focus, making sure to have your mod sets complete. For the secondary stats, look to add speed, health offense and critical chance.

Best Mods for Ahsoka Tano (Snips) TL;DR

  • Square – CD mod with speed, health & CC
  • Arrow – CD mod, Speed focus with health & CC
  • Diamond – CD mod with speed, health & offense
  • Triangle – Health mod, Critical Damage focus with speed, health & CC
  • Circle – Health mod, Health focus with speed, CC & offense
  • Plus – CD mod, Offense focus with speed, health & CC
