Slingshot - Star Wars Hunters

Star Wars Hunters: Slingshot Profile & Strategy

Posted on June 11, 2024June 11, 2024 by ljcool110

After years of covering Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, the Star Wars gaming universe finally has solid, new content in the form of Star Wars Hunters. Today I profile one of the most creative new characters in Star Wars Hunters, the crazy-looking Ugnaught riding in a Droideka, Slingshot.

Slingshot is described as a Droideka Speedster and has a love of speed. Dizzy the Ugnaught has modified the Droideka to create the persona of Slingshot and they partner well with the Imperial Sentinel, assisting with the maintenance of his gear. A Tank character in-game, Slingshot utilizes Twin Blaster Cannons as a basic attack that attack at medium range and do moderate damage. The Rocket Stomp! ultimate features Slingshot jumping up and down, damaging and slowing enemies and he has a talent called Rollout that knocks enemies back as he rolls at high speed. He has an Unstable Shield that limits enemy damage incoming but explodes when destroyed, can use the Trickshot to catapult forward and damage and knock enemies aside and Scatterboom fires a hail of micro-rockets which has an upgradable fire rate and explosion radius.

Slingshot is a moderately difficult character to use and one of the later unlocks in the game.
