The Rise of the Empire Territory Battle was added in Galaxy of Heroes in late 2022 and features Light Side, Dark Side and Neutral paths. Featuring six phases which last 24 hours each, the Rise of the Empire Territory Battle has territories (planets) that can be unlocked by meeting certain criteria, and others that are part of the standard progression. Along the Light Side path, the 3rd planet we visit is Kashyyyk, known as the home of the Wookies, where a Combat Mission requiring five Relic 7 Wookies awards 341,250 Territory Points, and my walkthrough guide for how to win this battle is below as we review the main Combat & Special Missions of the Rise of the Empire in SWGoH.

The Battle:
Facing Stormtroopers on Kashyyyk in the first wave, the Rebel Strafing Run is my first move to remove enemy buffs. Taking the standard “chopping down trees” approach (not sure if this is ironic or rude to the Wookie to refer to chopping down trees for a mission on Kashyyyk…), I kill off the Scout Trooper first and then target the Recon Stormtrooper and the Stormtrooper after that. Using the Provoked debuff from Tarrful proves quite wise as re-reading his abilities for the first time in months shows how powerful he is as a Wookie leader in SWGoH. With characters at these levels and with strong mods this first wave is not a real challenge with the Imperial Probe Droid’s taunt proving to be a bit of a nuisance.
The second wave of enemies is the Ninth Sister and two Purge Troopers, and I immediately dispel the Ninth Sister’s taunt and go all-in on one of the Purge Troopers. I take one of them out with Threepio & Chewie’s AoE attack while stuck behind a Imperial Probe Droid taunt, which is again an annoyance, but with multiple ways to dispel enemy buffs from this group, an annoyance is all it is. Once both Purge Troopers are down it is time to focus my Wookie team on the Ninth Sister, and despite her Protection recovery my Wookie team banishes her from Kashyyyk with relative ease for an extra 341,250 Territory Points.
